Requirements:

• Commercial experience at a Middle+ level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks;
• Confident spoken and written English skills at B2+ level.

Hard skills:

• Experience with AdTech / RTB / DSP;
• Experience with CTR/performance optimization using data-driven methods;
• Strong background in modeling, experimentation, and metrics analysis;
• Strong Python / ML stack background;
• Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

Soft skills:

• Product-oriented mindset focused on measurable impact;
• Data-driven decision making;
• Ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives;
• Accountability for performance outcomes.
