Positive View is expanding its sales team and looking for a Junior Sales Manager who wants to build a career in IT sales and business development.

You will work with international clients, support business development activities, and grow your sales skills together with the team.

• Communicate with potential clients and participate in introductory calls and meetings;
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers;
• Work closely with LeadGen, Recruitment, Marketing, and Presales teams;
• Keep CRM records accurate and up to date;
• Learn the IT outsourcing and outstaffing market;
• Help identify new business opportunities and sales approaches.

• Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher);
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive and ambitious mindset;
• Interest in sales, business development, and the IT industry;
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently;
• Previous experience in sales, customer support, lead generation, or client communication would be a plus;
• Basic understanding of IT or software development would be an advantage.
