We, Aksamit Mobile Solutions, specialize in application development for tech startups and established enterprises in the US and Western Europe. Our projects are not tied to one area, so there is an opportunity to work with cool products in Fintech, Health, Social Media and Blockchain.

Our team is actively growing and now we are looking for a Junior+ ML/AI Engineer In Minsk to help us develop our team.

Format: Full-time

Location: Minsk Office or Remote

We are looking for a Junior+ ML Engineer with hands-on experience building RAG-based systems, working with graph databases, and integrating voice/text AI models. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly understand the telecom domain and work effectively as part of a product team.

Required Skills:

Machine Learning / AI

• Hands-on experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems or similar architectures
• Experience integrating and working with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source models, etc.)
• Understanding of embeddings, vector search, chunking, and prompt engineering

Voice / Speech

Practical experience with:

• Speech-to-Text (STT)
• Text-to-Speech (TTS)
• Experience integrating ready-made models or APIs

Databases / Data Layer

• Experience with graph databases such as Neo4j or similar
• Understanding of relationships, graph queries, and ontologies

Backend / Integration

• Strong Python skills
• Experience integrating ML services into backend applications
• Experience with REST APIs and webhooks

Workflow Automation

• Experience with n8n is a strong plus
• Familiarity with workflow orchestration and pipeline automation tools

Domain Knowledge

• Experience in telecom projects or related areas such as IoT or network services is a plus
• Ability to quickly learn and understand a new domain
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to Have

• Experience with Deep Learning
• Familiarity with Docker or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Knowledge of MLOps concepts
• Experience with data visualization tools
• Personal ML projects or Kaggle competitions
