requirements:

• commercial experience at a middle+ level or higher, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks;
• confident spoken and written english skills at b2+ level.

hard skills:

• experience with adtech / rtb / dsp;
• experience with ctr/performance optimization using data-driven methods;
• strong background in modeling, experimentation, and metrics analysis;
• strong python / ml stack background;
• statistical analysis and hypothesis testing.

soft skills:

• product-oriented mindset focused on measurable impact;
• data-driven decision making;
• ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives;
• accountability for performance outcomes.
