crowne plaza minsk 5* is currently looking for dedicated and talented sales specialist.

job summary:

the successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

• actively search for new potential accounts
• conduct sales meetings, negotiations
• maintain relationships with new, existing and prospective customers
• generate proper proposals and contracts
• analyze local market trends and competitor activities to identify business leads
• promote sales of all hotel facilities
• participate in developing and implementing creative local marketing campaigns, including social media channels
• cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional guest experience
• attend sales events
• produce accurate and timely reports for sales director and senior management to include the reporting of appointments, calls made and business leads
• answer customer queries in a prompt and professional manner

requirements:

• experience in hospitality (hotel)
• excellent communication and organization skills
• practical experience in an active sales activities: calls, negotiations, meetings, follow-ups, etc.
• excellent communication and organization skills

candidate profile:

• higher college education (university)
• previous experience in sales in local or international companies preferred
• excellent skills in oral and written english and russian
• additional language knowledge will be beneficial
• outgoing and confident personality
• ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a positive revenue effect.
• handle pressure and time frame.
