Responsibilities:

• Design, build, customize, and maintain applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform;
• Work with a wide range of ServiceNow modules and applications, including: Customer Service Management (CSM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM) including Discovery, MID Server, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Cloud Management, IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM), Service Graph Connectors, including SolarWinds, Qualys, and Microsoft SCCM, Integration Hub ETL, ServiceNow SPM, IRM, and SecOps;
• Develop and maintain solutions using JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Scripted REST API, Flow Designer, Platform Analytics, CMDB, and CSDM;
• Develop and maintain advanced server-side configurations, including Business Rules, ACLs, UI Actions, and UI Policies;
• Configure and maintain CMDB and CSDM solutions;
• Perform platform maintenance, including ServiceNow upgrades and instance cloning;
• Configure and manage domain-separated / multi-tenant environments;
• Contribute to solution design and implementation following ServiceNow best practices and implementation methodologies;
• Continuously improve existing solutions and stay up to date with new ServiceNow capabilities.

Requirements:

• English – B2 or higher;
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration;
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, solutions, architecture, and implementation methodologies;
• Proven experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules and complex platform configurations;
• Strong practical knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, Scripted REST API, Flow Designer, Platform Analytics, CMDB, and CSDM;
• Experience with advanced ServiceNow configuration and server-side scripting;
• Experience working with integrations and external systems;
• Experience managing ServiceNow platform updates and instance cloning;
• Experience with domain separation and multi-tenant environments;
• Valid ServiceNow certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CAD (Certified Application Developer), at least 2 CIS Mainline certifications.
