requirements:

• strong hands-on experience with power bi desktop and power bi service.
• strong knowledge of dax, including measures, calculated соlumns, and kpi logic.
• experience building and maintaining power bi semantic models.
• strong sql skills for data analysis, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• strong understanding of dimensional data modeling, relationships, facts, dimensions, and hierarchies.
• experience working with complex hierarchical data structures.
• prior experience working within azure infrastructure and azure-based data/analytics environments.
• experience analyzing and extending existing power bi reports, semantic models, and calculations.
• experience with data quality, reconciliation, lineage, and data freshness.
• experience implementing row-level security (rls) and deploying power bi solutions across environments.
• ability to optimize power bi reports and troubleshoot performance, dax, filtering, and refresh issues.

nice to have:

• hands-on experience with microsoft fabric, including lakehouse/warehouse, semantic models, sql analytics endpoint, or direct lake.
• experience with vcad for power bi, vcad connector, vcad api, or vcad power bi extensions.
• experience integrating interactive 2d/3d cad or bim floor plans into power bi.
• experience with etl/elt processes and data pipelines.
• experience designing dashboard and report mockups in figma.
• strong understanding of power bi ui/ux and dashboard design principles.
• hands-on experience with python and common data analytics libraries such as pandas, numpy, and matplotlib.
• experience with other bi and analytics tools such as tableau, qlik sense, looker, or similar platforms.
• familiarity with other cloud platforms such as aws or gcp, including their data and analytics services.
• practical experience using ai-assisted development and analytics tools in a responsible and effective way.
• experience in digital twin, real estate, facility management, data centers, occupancy, or capacity planning.
• understanding of data governance, canonical identifiers, source mappings, and reusable semantic models.
• conversational english at b2 level

main responsibilities:

• design, develop, and maintain interactive power bi dashboards and reports.

• build and maintain reusable power bi semantic models.

• develop dax measures, calculated соlumns, relationships, and hierarchies.

• analyze and reuse existing power bi reports, semantic models, and calculations.

• develop reporting for space, occupancy, customer, contract, and capacity data.

• integrate and visualize complex hierarchical and location-based data.

• support vcad/bim floor-plan visualization in power bi.

• validate and reconcile data across reporting and source systems.

• implement data-quality, lineage, and freshness indicators.

• configure rls and support deployment across environments.

• optimize report performance and troubleshoot reporting issues.

• collaborate with data engineers, business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders.
