we are looking for a senior blockchain backend engineer to join our team and take ownership of designing and implementing blockchain infrastructure from scratch. the role combines go or node.js/typescript backend development, blockchain integrations, distributed systems, and technical architecture.

requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience;

• strong production experience with go or node.js/typescript;

• proven experience designing and building scalable backend systems from scratch;

• strong understanding of distributed systems, rest apis, and event-driven architecture;

• strong experience with postgresql and/or mongodb, including data modeling and optimization;

• hands-on experience with redis and message queues such as rabbitmq or kafka;

• strong experience with docker, ci/cd, and aws or azure;

• production experience with ethereum and evm-compatible blockchains, including l2 solutions;

• deep understanding of blockchain architecture, transaction lifecycle, wallets, token standards, and on-chain data;

• experience integrating and working with blockchain nodes, rpc providers, and indexing services;

• hands-on experience with ethers.js, web3.js, viem, foundry, or hardhat;

• strong practical experience with solidity and smart contracts, including testing and integration;

• strong understanding of blockchain security and cryptographic best practicesexperience owning architecture and leading complex technical initiatives;

• strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide technical direction and mentor other engineers.
