role overview

responsibilities

• support features throughout the product development lifecycle — from discovery to release;
• prepare and maintain product documentation (jira, confluence) based on prds;
• create and maintain epics, stories, requirements and supporting materials;
• help product manager to coordinate design, engineering, analytics and other stakeholders during feature preparation;
• maintain definition of ready / definition of done processes;
• coordinate and contribute to product localization and content preparation;
• support analytics requirements and event documentation;
• prepare competitor and market research based on product manager requests;
• track feature statuses, dependencies and blockers;
• maintain product roadmap and documentation in an up-to-date state;
• support release preparation and post-release follow-ups.

what we expect from you

• 1–3 years of experience in product, product operations, project management, business analysis or similar roles;
• understanding of software/product development lifecycle;
• experience with jira and confluence or similar tools;
• ability to structure requirements and large amounts of information;
• strong written communication;
• high attention to detail;
• ability to coordinate several parallel initiatives;
• ownership mindset — ability to identify missing information and proactively move tasks forward;
• english b2+ preferred.

nice to have:

• experience with mobile products / apps;
• basic understanding of product analytics and event tracking;
• experience with amplitude or similar analytics tools;
• experience with figma;
• experience with localization processes;
• experience conducting competitor/product research.
