key responsibilities:

• develop and maintain complex, rule-based grasshopper definitions suitable for production use;
• translate clinical and product requirements into reliable geometric logic, proactively clarifying incomplete specifications;
• create detailed models and animations of components such as joints;
• develop and maintain json-based product workflows;
• follow shared software-development conventions to ensure maintainability and a smooth handover;
• communicate clearly and flag risks, blockers, and open questions early.

required skills:

• advanced grasshopper expertise, including experience developing robust definitions for production use;
• strong ability to translate complex requirements into parametric geometry;
• familiarity with collaborative software-development workflows;
• confidence reading and editing json;
• regular use of ai and llm tools in day-to-day work;
• strong communication skills in english (b2).

desirable experience:

• c# development for custom grasshopper components;
• git and ci/cd;
• additive manufacturing and preparation of print-ready geometry;
• orthopedics, medical devices, or anatomical geometry.
