Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Proven experience as an Accountant, Financial Manager, Analyst, or Economist.
• Strong skills in handling large volumes of data, structuring, and visualizing information.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, perseverance, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic , multitasking environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, automation of calculations).
• Experience in economic modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.
• Previous experience in the IT industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting, aggregating, monitoring, and processing large datasets from multiple sources.
• Preparing financial documents for clients and contractors (invoices, acts, payment control).
• Communicating with counterparties and the sales team on financial matters (emails, calls).
• Managing accounts receivable and minimizing overdue payments.
• Preparing analytical reports for management, including charts, pivot tables, and forecasts.
• Calculating employee bonuses based on KPI metrics and financial performance.
