nauchsoft is an international it consulting and software development company. we have been in the it business for 37 years and continue growing.

our presales team is expanding and is looking for a presales manager - orchestrating the sales cycle from first conversation to signed deal, and representing our expertise to the market.

this role is prospective and has been created in line with the company’s planned team expansion.

you will:

• manage a portfolio of opportunities with a clear focus on winning, applying strong pipeline discipline and effective processes to drive outcomes;
• partner with sales managers, solution architects, and delivery teams to shape winning proposals, rfp responses, and demos for healthcare prospects;
• translate client pain points into clear, credible solution narratives;
• participate in a colossal amount of estimations of entirely various and unique projects;
• own presales artifacts end-to-end, from initial strategy through final delivery;
• always work against time, but successfully meet deadlines without significant loss of quality;
• participate in negotiations with clients.
• use claude, ms project, confluence and ms excel every day like a thumb of your hand
• work hard and a lot to cover the abovementioned tasks
  
  requirements:
• strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of opportunities.
• a genuine team player - someone who makes the people around them better, shares credit, and pitches in outside their lane when needed
• result-oriented: focused on outcomes (won deals, client satisfaction), not just activity;
• responsible and reliable - follows through without being chased, owns mistakes, fixes them fast;
• ready to put in the work when deadlines are tight - this role has crunch periods around rfp submissions and client pitches;
• experience in project management - 5+ years
  rfp related experience - 3+ years
• experience in presales, solution consulting, or project management
• english - c1;
• level of self-management and multitasking - excellent;
• level of communication skills - negotiator
  knowledge of arabic language is a plus
