brand sinsay - 15 stores in belarus: 6 stores in minsk, 1 store in lida, 1 store in mozyr, 1 store in rechitsa, 6 stores located in regional cities across belarus.

key responsibilities:

• conduct regular store visits to evaluate performance, identify improvement areas, motivate teams, and recommend corrective actions.
• drive the achievement of sales and commercial targets for the assigned region.
• monitor sales results and kpis, analyze trends, and identify business improvement opportunities.
• develop action plans for underperforming stores and follow up on their effectiveness.
• ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards across stores.
• ensure proper implementation and compliance with lp procedures across all stores
• ensure consistent implementation of visual merchandising guidelines and company standards.
• lead, coach, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve business and people objectives.
• set development goals, evaluate performance, provide regular feedback, and implement improvement plans when needed.
• ensure effective implementation of company projects, campaigns, and new processes at store level.
• prepare regular reports, present regional performance to management, and propose actionable solutions.

qualifications:

• proven experience in managing multiple stores or teams, with the ability to effectively coordinate and support store managers.
• strong leadership and people management skills, including coaching, motivating, and developing teams.
• strong analytical and commercial mindset, with the ability to identify business opportunities and translate data into actionable plans.
• ability to drive sales performance and achieve regional targets while maintaining operational standards.
• excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and make sound business decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• strong understanding of customer experience, visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention would be an advantage.

• english proficiency at c1 level is mandatory. please note that this requirement refers to actual spoken and written communication skills, not only a test result or certificate.

• valid driver's license and at least 2 years of driving experience are mandatory.

• strong knowledge of the labor legislation of the republic of belarus is required, including practical understanding of resolution no. 713, resolution no. 808, and the law of the republic of belarus on consumer protection.

recruitment process:

1. screening of relevant candidates through the rabota.by platform.
2. online interview with the regional director from poland. please note that the interview will be conducted entirely in english to assess the candidate's communication skills and english proficiency level.
3. completion of a business case/task assessment.
4. final interview with the regional director from poland and the general director based in minsk.
