about the role

we are looking for a digital content & marketing specialist to manage content creation, social media, website content, and digital marketing for a u.s.-based healthcare company.

you will create engaging video, graphic, and written content using modern ai tools, manage social media channels, support paid marketing campaigns, and analyze performance to improve results.

we are looking for a creative, proactive, and independent professional who can take projects from idea to execution and focus on measurable results.

key responsibilities

• create short- and long-form video, graphic, and written content using ai and creative tools.
• create and publish content for linkedin, youtube, instagram, facebook, and the company website.
• write video scripts, hooks, captions, headlines, and other marketing copy.
• repurpose content across multiple platforms.
• manage the content calendar and maintain an organized content library.
• keep website content up to date and create landing pages and lead forms.
• plan and support paid campaigns on meta and linkedin.
• support local seo and google business profile optimization.
• monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews.
• track key marketing metrics, including engagement, video performance, website traffic, leads, and applications.
• analyze results and recommend improvements and new content ideas.
• ensure healthcare-related content follows company privacy and compliance requirements.

requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing.
• strong portfolio or video reel demonstrating your own work. portfolio is more important than your resume.
• hands-on experience with ai tools for video, image generation, editing, voice generation, or copywriting.
• experience with a video editing tool such as capcut, adobe premiere pro, davinci resolve, final cut pro, or similar.
• experience with canva, figma, or a similar design platform.
• experience managing social media accounts on linkedin, youtube, facebook, and instagram.
• understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and content performance.
• basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and paid advertising.
• strong written and verbal english.
• ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively suggest new ideas.
• strong organizational and time-management skills.

preferred

• experience in home care, home health, senior living, hospice, or healthcare marketing.
• experience with caregiver recruitment marketing.
• experience with meta ads manager or linkedin campaign manager.
• experience with wordpress, webflow, or similar cms platforms.
• familiarity with google analytics 4 and seo.
• knowledge of hipaa and healthcare advertising requirements.
• additional languages are a plus.
