responsibilities:

• conduct high-volume outbound calls to b2b prospects and key decision-makers;
• cold calling;
• build rapport quickly, uncover needs, and handle objections effectively;
• collaborate with the sales team to improve messaging and conversion.

what we’re looking for:

• experience in cold calling, lead generation, or outbound sales;
• fluent in english or german;
• comfort with high-volume outbound activity;
• strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills;
• self-motivated, goal-oriented, and dependable;
• highly resilient and comfortable handling rejection.
