supply chain & inventory planning manager — amazon fba

middle/senior | full-time | fully remote

we are an established us e-commerce company with a small, high-performing remote team across the us and eastern europe.

today, we manage 2,500+ skus and are scaling toward 12,000+ skus within the next 3 years.

we move fast, with minimal bureaucracy and a strong focus on ai and automation.

we’re looking for a supply chain & inventory planning manager to own inventory planning today and help build the systems for our next stage of growth.

what you’ll own

• sku-level demand forecasting and replenishment
• purchase planning: what, when, and how much to order
• inventory positioning across fba, awd, 3pl and inventory in transit
• po and production tracking
• stockout prevention and excess inventory reduction
• safety stock, reorder points and days-of-supply targets
• supplier lead-time and performance monitoring
• inventory turns and working-capital efficiency
• supply-chain dashboards, kpis and exception reporting
• process improvement, automation and ai implementation

objective: keep products in stock without tying up unnecessary cash in inventory.

we’re moving beyond spreadsheets

we’re transitioning from google sheets to a full erp / inventory planning system built for large sku counts.

experience with fulfil.io, cin7, finale inventory, inventory planner, netsuite, sostocked or similar is a major advantage.

you’ll help implement the new system, define replenishment logic, and establish it as the operational source of truth.

we won’t manage 12,000 skus by adding more spreadsheets and people —

we’ll build a scalable, automated, exception-driven supply chain instead.

who we’re looking for

we welcome strong candidates from e-commerce and larger corporate supply-chain backgrounds.

ideally, you have:

• 3–7+ years in supply chain, demand planning, inventory planning or purchasing
• experience with 1,000+ sku environments
• strong forecasting and replenishment fundamentals
• erp/wms/inventory-planning system experience
• strong excel / google sheets skills
• understanding of inventory economics and working capital
• strong analytical thinking and ownership mentality
• good english
• experience working independently in a remote environment

strong advantages: amazon fba/awd, e-commerce, erp implementation, international logistics, 3pl operations, bi/reporting, ai and workflow automation.

a new po takes 55 days to become available.

demand has increased 25% over the last month.

c) increase price to slow demand while waiting for replenishment
