We are looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role: you will be the right hand in streamlining operations, keeping track of team deliverables, and solving everyday business challenges.

If you are naturally organized, love making chaotic processes run smoothly, and actively use modern tools (especially AI) to get work done 3x faster, this is for you.

What You Will Do

• Keep operations on track: Follow up with team members on deadlines, monitor task execution, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.

• Streamline & automate: Set up and maintain bots, build simple no-code workflows, and test new tools to eliminate repetitive manual work.

• Handle documents & reporting: Keep business documentation in order, prepare summaries, aggregate data, and build clear, concise reports.

• Conduct research: Run market, competitor, or operational research and present findings in actionable bullet points.

• Direct operational support: Tackle diverse daily ad-hoc requests directly from the CEO.

Who We Are Looking For

• Tech-savvy mindset: You actively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, etc.) in your everyday workflow and aren't afraid of basic technical setups (no-code platforms, integrations, automations).

• Execution & discipline: You respect deadlines, take ownership of tasks from start to finish, and follow up proactively without being reminded.

• Fast learner: You can pick up new software, services, or frameworks within hours, not weeks.

• Clear communicator: Fluent written and spoken English, paired with concise, direct communication.

• Systematic approach: You like order, structured notes, and clean digital workspaces.

Working Conditions

• Format: Full-time, remote (occasional office visits required for initial onboarding and specific operational tasks).

• Trial period: 2-week paid internship/probation to ensure mutual fit.
